What is NoteMeadow?

Who is it for?
Anyone juggling ideas across devices: founders, professionals, students and creators, and especially people who already work with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and the web. Android and Windows are planned. The private beta includes all five from day one.
Does it work with Apple Pencil?
Yes. On iPad you can write by hand with Apple Pencil, and NoteMeadow turns your handwriting into searchable text, notes and tasks.
How does the AI work?
AI can transcribe voice notes, summarize, and suggest tasks. Suggestions never change your notes or tasks until you accept them, and you can use NoteMeadow without any AI at all.
What is MCP, and why does it matter?
MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to apps. With it, Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can look at the NoteMeadow projects you choose and suggest tasks, which wait for your approval.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Captures are saved on your device first and sync when you are back online.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes. You can export your notes at any time, and you can delete your account and your data whenever you want.
Are my notes used to train AI?
No. We do not sell your notes or use them to train AI models.
How much will it cost?
There will be a free plan and a paid Plus plan. Active beta testers get their first year of Plus free.
